Snow something or other

Poor Brian and Kate. Kate got a "snowman" kit for her birthday, so she was more than excited when it snowed the other day. However, the snow wasn't snowman making snow AT ALL. It was powdery and light with no stickability (is that a word?). Brian and Kate are determined though, and wanted to use the "snow/ice" balls from the road left by the plow. I picked up the two biggest ones I could find on the side of the road and stuck them on top of each other up on the lawn. Below is Kate's attempt at sticking an eye on (we'll have to work on the eye placement after the next snowstorm).



Here is the result of their joint effort. It's a sad little man, and by the expression on Brian and Kate's faces, they're not much happier.
